Job Description

– Perform monthly payroll and year-end process for assigned clients, and provide analysis for payroll related initiatives and projects
– Provide all HR and general administration support to assigned client.
– Recommend improvement to payroll services or best practices, as well as consulting payment, deductions, statutory submission, and tax information in timely manner
– Works closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations of payroll transaction

– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
– 2 year experience in payroll management or compensation and benefits
– Work well with Excel, HR, Payroll software and application
– Attention to detail. well-organized, excellent customer service skills
– High level of confidentiality, independent and can do attitude
